Nobody moves to New York to eat out of Tupperware. This city has too much to offer for that. I help my clients build nutrition habits that work around real life—late dinners, client lunches, weekend brunches, and everything in between. The goal isn’t perfection. It’s a sustainable approach that lets you enjoy this city while still feeling and looking your best.

Nobody tells you how physically demanding parenthood is until you’re in it. But beyond the exhaustion, there’s something deeper—your kids are incredibly intuitive. They feel your energy. They mirror your confidence. They absorb more than you realize. Mom and Dad being strong isn’t just about keeping up with a toddler. My one-on-one coaching is something special. These relationships go far beyond the traditional coach-client dynamic. I become a real part of my clients’ lives — spending more time with some of them than their closest friends. I’ve spent 10 years coaching parents and watching their families grow. I’ve seen what sticks and what doesn’t. I’ve held opinions, challenged them, changed some of them. Now I’m a dad myself — and everything I thought I knew is being tested in real time. This offering comes from all of that. It’s about helping families build healthy habits around food and movement that actually fit their life — starting with the kids, because that’s where it matters most.
