Nobody moves to New York to eat out of Tupperware. This city has too much to offer for that. I help my clients build nutrition habits that work around real life—late dinners, client lunches, weekend brunches, and everything in between. The goal isn’t perfection. It’s a sustainable approach that lets you enjoy this city while still feeling and looking your best.

Family Foundations
Nobody tells you how physically demanding parenthood is until you’re in it. But beyond the exhaustion, there’s something deeper—your kids are incredibly intuitive. They feel your energy. They mirror your confidence. They absorb more than you realize. Mom and Dad being strong isn’t just about keeping up with a toddler. It’s about modeling what a healthy, confident, flourishing person looks like. This is the work I love most.

MY STORY
How it all started
I didn’t set out to be a fitness coach. I set out to understand people — what makes them thrive, what holds them back, and what it really takes to change. Ten years and hundreds of clients later, I’m still learning.
My daughter Charlie is my greatest teacher right now. Fatherhood has a way of clarifying everything — your priorities, your energy, your understanding of what a healthy life actually looks like. I bring all of that into my work.
