MY STORY
How it all started
I’ve spent the last decade coaching New Yorkers — people who work hard, move fast, and somehow still want to feel good in their bodies. Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of clients navigate the chaos of city life while building sustainable fitness and wellness routines that actually stick.
When I became a dad, everything changed. Early mornings, sleepless nights, and a whole new perspective on what “healthy” really means. My approach shifted from chasing perfection to creating balance — strength that supports real life, energy that lasts through the day, and habits that make sense for a growing family.
Living and working in New York has taught me that wellness here isn’t about endless gym hours or strict diets — it’s about adapting. It’s finding movement in the in-between moments, grabbing better food options on the go, and setting examples our kids can learn from.
